Welcome to Otaku Haven.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Otaku Haven website, as well as the purchase of products from our store. By accessing, browsing, creating an account, or placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue the use of our website.

Business Days refer to Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

1. General Information

Otaku Haven is an online store offering anime-inspired merchandise, including action figures, keychains, posters, collectibles, accessories, and related products.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, products sold on our website are unofficial fan merchandise and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, licensed by, or sponsored by any anime studios, publishers, production companies, trademark owners, or copyright holders.

2. Pricing

  • All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Unless otherwise stated, all prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • While every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur.

If a pricing error is identified after an order has been placed, Otaku Haven reserves the right to cancel the order. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly and offered the option to:

  • Proceed with the order at the correct price, or
  • Receive a full refund.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders may be placed through:

  • Our official website
  • WhatsApp (where applicable)

We currently accept payments through:

  • Razorpay (UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and other supported payment methods)
  • UPI or Bank Transfer (for approved WhatsApp orders)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

Orders are considered confirmed only after:

  • Successful payment verification, and
  • Acceptance of the order by Otaku Haven.

An order confirmation email or message acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute final acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, payment issues, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.

Products are not reserved until payment has been successfully completed.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and offer one of the following:

  • A replacement product (where available)
  • Store credit (where mutually agreed)
  • A full refund

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship PAN India only.

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 5–7 Business Days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 7–10 Business Days
  • Remote or Hard-to-Reach Areas: Up to 12 Business Days

Orders are generally processed within 2–3 Business Days before dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, festivals, operational issues, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared with you. Customers placing orders through our website may also track their shipment using our Track Your Order page.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of that policy.

Unless specifically mentioned otherwise, products sold by Otaku Haven are unofficial fan merchandise.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only. While we strive to represent our products accurately, slight variations in colour, paint finish, sculpt details, packaging, dimensions, materials, or overall appearance may occur due to manufacturing processes, photography, lighting conditions, screen settings, or production batches.

Customers are welcome to request actual product photographs through WhatsApp before placing an order.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including but not limited to our logo, branding, graphics, website design, product descriptions, images, text, icons, and other original content, is the intellectual property of Otaku Haven or is used with appropriate permission where applicable.

No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished, or commercially exploited without prior written permission from Otaku Haven.

9. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when placing an order.
  • Ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (where applicable).

Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays, failed deliveries, additional courier charges, or order cancellation.
